These terms govern all transactions, including product sourcing, order fulfillment, and international shipping services provided by Astanda.
1.1 Order Acceptance & Pricing
-
All orders are subject to product availability and supplier confirmation.

Prices listed on our website or in quotations are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, or supplier pricing adjustments.
-
Astanda reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if pricing errors or stock discrepancies occur.
1.2 Payment Terms
-
Payments must be made in full before order processing begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers (T/T), PayPal, or other secure payment gateways.

For first-time buyers or large orders, we may require a deposit (typically 30–50%) before production or shipment.
1.3 Order Modifications & Cancellations
-
Order changes (e.g., quantity, product specifications) must be requested in writing and are subject to supplier approval.
-
Cancellations after payment may incur fees, depending on production/sourcing progress.

-
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products do not infringe on patents, trademarks, or copyrights in their destination country.
-
Astanda is not liable for legal disputes arising from intellectual property violations unless negligence on our part is proven.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policies
2.1 Shipping Methods & Responsibilities
-
Astanda arranges shipping via air, sea, or express couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) based on the Buyer’s preference.
-
Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
-
We provide shipping estimates but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, port strikes).
2.2 Customs & Import Regulations
-
Buyers must provide accurate documentation (e.g., import licenses, tax IDs) if required by their country.
-
Astanda will prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations, but compliance with destination-country regulations is the Buyer’s obligation.
-
Goods confiscated or rejected by customs due to the Buyer’s failure to comply with local laws will not qualify for refunds.
2.3 Risk of Loss
-
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
-
Astanda is not liable for damage or loss during transit but will assist Buyers in filing claims with the shipping provider.
3. Quality Control & Returns
3.1 Inspection & Quality Assurance
-
Astanda conducts pre-shipment quality inspections upon request (additional fees may apply).

-
Buyers must notify Astanda within 7 days of receiving goods to report defects or discrepancies.
-
Evidence (e.g., photos/videos of unopened packages) must be provided for claims.

-
Replace the goods at our expense.
